Knowledge analysis on common sense of dispensing machine selectionIssuing time:2021-02-22 10:14 With the increasing development of science and technology, in order to reduce the pressure on assembly line workers, dispensers have appeared. Not only is it better to control the fluid, but it is also more accurate for dripping, coating, and potting liquid on the surface or inside of the product. While liberating the labor force, it also further improves production efficiency and brings greater benefits to the factory. The editor shares some knowledge about choosing a dispenser, hoping to be helpful to you. 1. Before we buy a dispenser, we need to figure out two things: 1. Basic characteristics of glue used: A) What glue is it? One-component or two-component (AB glue) B) If it is two-component, what is the volume ratio of AB glue C) What is the viscosity and density of the glue? D) Approximately how long does it take for the glue to start curing? How long does it take to fully cure? E) How to pack glue 2, the requirements that the dispensing process needs to meet A) What are the requirements for dispensing accuracy? How much glue is used for each product? B) Is the glue used for potting? Pasting? Insulation? Moisture-proof? C) How to realize the dispensing operation? Second, the common sense of the selection of the dispenser If the liquid has additives or needs to cooperate with vacuum degassing, the tank needs to be equipped with an electric agitator. When the liquid has temperature changes that affect the operability, the tank or pipeline needs to be equipped with a temperature control system. If there is quartz powder or other abrasive powder additives in the liquid, it is recommended to use piston type volumetric metering products. If there are additives in the liquid and there is a serious precipitation phenomenon, the gear metering type cannot be used. The two-component mixing method needs to be based on the ratio of high and low and the difference in viscosity to determine whether to use static or dynamic mixing. When the viscosity difference between the two liquids A and B is too large or the ratio is above 5:1, a dynamic mixer is required. For use with automation equipment, please install high and low liquid level detectors. If the liquid crystallizes, in addition to the storage tank, the supply pipeline must also be equipped with temperature control. When the amount of glue used in daily work is large, a feed pump can be used to replace the glue storage tank. If there can be no air bubbles in the product filling process, a vacuum filling system is required |
